Dr. Ross believes that a combination of clinical and sub clinical symptoms, lab testing, and his experience all  work together to get to the root of a patient’s health issues.

About Laboratory Testing:

Dr. Ross has had extensive experience with the variety of laboratory testing offered across the country and internationally.  He regularly discusses and reviews patient cases and test results with lab directors.  We offer the state of the art advanced testing available — we regularly draw from more than a dozen specialty labs — as well as the general standard labs.  Dr. Ross has gone and continues to go the extra mile or ten to understand how the results relate to the patient, the patient’s concerns, and the patient’s road to better health.

Often a patient will come in and tell us that they had all the testing done and that they’ve been told that everything is normal.  However, those tests either aren’t the correct tests, they are not specialized enough to get to the root of a deep problem, or they have not been interpreted properly.

Policies:

Our patients pay at the time of each visit.  We can send you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance as long as your insurance allows to to see any doctor of your choice.  We do not get involved with insurance billing.  We do not bill Medicare.  We are happy to provide you with a receipt for insurance purposes but we are here to help you with your health needs to the best of our abilities.

We require 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.  Less than 48 hours will result in a charge equal to half the cost of the amount of time booked for your appointment, payable before another appointment is booked.

We try to allow ample time for you to have the best appointment possible.  And, we try to run on time out of respect and consideration for everyone’s schedules.  Still, patients 15 minute+ late for an appointment will be charged for the time missed.

Dr. Ross must see established patients annually in order to treat or prescribe for them.
